The platform aggregates information from authoritative sources including works by Samuel Hahnemann, James Tyler Kent, Constantine Hering, William Boericke, Henry Clarke, Adolf von Lippe, and other classical and contemporary authors.

The database structure, original classifications, translations, annotations, and interface are the intellectual property of the platform administration and protected under applicable copyright law.

Some Materials include texts in the public domain — classical works from 19th–20th century authors whose copyright has expired. These are reproduced with proper attribution. Materials still under copyright are published only under applicable licences or within fair-use limits.

• Reproducing or distributing Materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Systematic bulk downloading via automated tools (scraping, crawling).
• Removing or concealing authorship and source information.
• Creating derivative databases without a separate agreement.

Each material is accompanied by the author and title of the primary source, year of publication, precise section references where possible, original language and translation details, and edition information.

• Do not upload or distribute content that violates applicable law.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service to spread inaccurate or misleading medical information.

7.1 The administration does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of all Materials. The Service is provided "as is".

7.2 The administration is not liable for health harm arising from self-treatment, platform downtime, inaccuracies in translations, or decisions made on the basis of the Service's information.

If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the place of registration of the Service administration.
