Version: 1.0

Important notice This service is strictly for informational and reference purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any remedy.

1 General provisions

Welcome to Homeopathic Solutions โ€” a specialised reference platform aggregating sources on materia medica, repertories, and homeopathic remedies from various authors and schools. By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please discontinue use of the Service.

1.1 Definitions
  • "Service" โ€” the Homeopathic Solutions web platform, including all sections, databases, and features.
  • "User" โ€” any individual or legal entity accessing the Service.
  • "Materials" โ€” texts, repertories, remedy descriptions, bibliographic data, and other content on the platform.
  • "Materia Medica" โ€” systematic descriptions of homeopathic remedies and their properties.
  • "Repertory" โ€” an index of symptoms and their corresponding homeopathic remedies.
2 Purpose of the service

Homeopathic Solutions is designed as an informational aggregator for:

  • Practising homeopaths and students of homeopathic institutions.
  • Researchers in the field of complementary and alternative medicine.
  • Individuals interested in homeopathy for educational purposes.
  • Librarians, translators, and editors of specialised literature.

The platform aggregates information from authoritative sources including works by Samuel Hahnemann, James Tyler Kent, Constantine Hering, William Boericke, Henry Clarke, Adolf von Lippe, and other classical and contemporary authors.

3 Medical disclaimer

Self-treatment based on these materials may be dangerous โ€” especially for children under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, persons with chronic or acute conditions, and any situation requiring emergency medical care.

3.1 The Service is strictly a reference resource and does not replace qualified medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

3.2 All health decisions must be made in consultation with a licensed medical professional. Homeopathy is a system of complementary medicine; its efficacy for specific conditions may be subject to scientific debate.

4 Copyright & intellectual property
4.1 Proprietary content

The database structure, original classifications, translations, annotations, and interface are the intellectual property of the platform administration and protected under applicable copyright law.

4.2 Third-party materials

Some Materials include texts in the public domain โ€” classical works from 19thโ€“20th century authors whose copyright has expired. These are reproduced with proper attribution. Materials still under copyright are published only under applicable licences or within fair-use limits.

4.3 Prohibited actions
  • Reproducing or distributing Materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Systematic bulk downloading via automated tools (scraping, crawling).
  • Removing or concealing authorship and source information.
  • Creating derivative databases without a separate agreement.
5 Sources & bibliography

Each material is accompanied by the author and title of the primary source, year of publication, precise section references where possible, original language and translation details, and edition information.

6 User conduct
  • Use Materials exclusively for lawful purposes.
  • Do not upload or distribute content that violates applicable law.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service infrastructure.
  • Do not use the Service to spread inaccurate or misleading medical information.
  • Respect copyright and intellectual property rights.
7 Limitation of liability

7.1 The administration does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of all Materials. The Service is provided "as is".

7.2 The administration is not liable for health harm arising from self-treatment, platform downtime, inaccuracies in translations, or decisions made on the basis of the Service's information.

8 Privacy & personal data

Collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 for EU residents. Data is used solely to improve the Service and is not shared with third parties without User consent, except as required by law.

9 Changes to the terms

The administration reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Users will be notified of material changes at least 14 calendar days in advance via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the place of registration of the Service administration. EU residents retain the right to alternative dispute resolution under Directive 2013/11/EU.
